About our history in time
2016
With a look at the day-to-day needs of Directors and other Governance professionals, Atlas GOV software was conceived as a project with the aim of digitizing and making access to information a simple task, of few clicks, on a computer or smartphone.
2017
The whole year was dedicated to the production and optimization of the portal. The basis for software development were: Security, Intuitive Design, Information Indexing and Mobility.
2018
In January of this year, Atlas GOV launched in the market, and Brazilian companies began their journey of digitizing governance. In December, we raised $300,000 from angel investors, including board members, CEOs of private and listed companies, and large Brazilian entrepreneurs.
2019
At the end of 2019, more than 100 companies and 3,000 directors started using atlas GOV. One third (1/3) of clients are companies listed on the Brazilian stock exchange.
2020
Atlas GOV became the largest governance portal in Brazil, with more than 5,000 directors on the platform. In December, we raised a $1.1 million investment in the seed round with the same investor base. The current values of the company were also made official: Safety, Quality, Human Capital and Customer Centricity.
2021
This year, we began the expansion to Latin America, being also present in Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Mexico and Peru. In December, we picked up our $5 million Series A with Volpe Capital.
2022
Atlas GOV has become the largest Governance portal in Latin America, with more than 500 clients and 17,000 directors in 11 countries.
